Job Description

Tala is seeking a Sr. Manager, Capital Markets to secure and maintain flexible, low-cost capital and ensure liquidity as the company scales. This role requires strong corporate finance skills, experience with debt and equity capital markets, and a track record of successful asset-based finance execution. The ideal candidate will be proactive, results-driven, and thrive in an ambiguous, remote-first environment.

• Support External Relations & Facility Management
• Support Capital Management & Corporate FP&A
• Manage Loan Portfolio Reporting & Technology Integration
• Enhance Blockchain/Crypto Strategy

Requirements

• 5+ years of investment banking, corporate finance, capital markets, or asset-based finance experience
• Experience executing securitizations
• Ability to self-start and figure things out independently
• Strong cross-functional communication skills
• Deep understanding of asset-based finance, debt structuring, fintech lending, payments, decentralized finance, stablecoins, asset tokenization and securitizations
• Proven ability to prepare financial models, investment memoranda, manage investor diligence processes, and support in the negotiation of financing term sheets and deal documents
