Job Description

Tala is seeking a transformational People leader to build, evolve, and scale a global People function that will power their mission for years to come. The role involves designing and launching a comprehensive talent management system, leading organizational design initiatives, championing Tala’s culture and values, overseeing total rewards programs, building a scalable People Operations function, driving a global DEI strategy, and leading a best-in-class talent acquisition function.

Responsibilities

• Design and launch a comprehensive talent management system
• Lead initiatives to evolve organizational structure
• Act as the primary champion for Tala’s culture and values
• Oversee the design and administration of total rewards programs
• Build a scalable, data-driven People Operations function
• Drive the global DEI strategy
• Lead a best-in-class global talent acquisition function

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive People/HR experience
• At least 5 years in a senior-most People leadership role
• Deep expertise in designing executive compensation and equity strategies
• Demonstrated ability to be a trusted advisor to the CEO
• Experience in organizations with diverse employee populations
