Job Description

Greenlight is seeking an Account Executive to partner with banks and credit unions, delivering their family fintech tools and expanding their B2B SaaS solution. The role involves driving the sales lifecycle, building relationships, and securing new partnerships within the financial sector.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing partnerships
  • Build relationships with decision-makers
  • Take a test and learn approach to selling new products
  • Communicate key concepts and present to stakeholders
  • Identify key stakeholders and understand their needs
  • Prospect and build a pipeline
  • Build pricing proposals
  • Partner with legal on contract negotiation
  • Collaborate with partner success, sales enablement, and operations teams
  • Provide market feedback to cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • 3+ years of quota-carrying experience in a startup environment
  • Experience building relationships with community banks and credit unions
  • Experience with SaaS companies
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to stay agile and flexible
  • Team-player and coachable
