Job Description

Greenlight is seeking a Business Development Representative to join their rapidly expanding sales organization. This role will focus on generating excitement among banks and credit unions for Greenlight’s family banking solutions, working closely with sales and enablement professionals to grow a new category within a large addressable market.

Responsibilities

  • Developing new business leads
  • Utilizing prospecting and research tools to qualify opportunities
  • Preparing and booking pitch meetings
  • Strategizing to improve the sales development process
  • Conducting sales development using email, phone, and social media
  • Collaborating with the sales team to develop communication plans
  • Working internally to ensure quality and quantity of demonstrations

Requirements

  • BS/BA required
  • Prior start-up BDR/sales experience is a plus
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work autonomously
  • Highly motivated to succeed
  • Local residency in the Atlanta Metro or Greater Boston areas
