Job Description

As a Senior B2B Marketing Specialist, you will execute high-impact programs to support new client acquisition and existing client success. You'll develop and execute B2B demand generation marketing programs, including industry events, content creation, and lead nurturing, partnering closely with Sales and Client Success teams to build pipeline and position Greenlight as an industry leader.

Responsibilities

• Establish B2B marketing priorities and project plans with Sales, DTC Marketing, and Client Success
• Execute industry events including vendor outreach, booth execution, speaker logistics, and lead outreach
• Coordinate PR between partners, internal PR department, and external agency
• Create case studies with existing clients for Sales outreach and top-of-funnel growth
• Manage client and prospect SWAG and holiday gifting within budget
• Maintain project documentation and operating plans

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in a B2B demand generation marketing role
• Extensive experience planning and executing industry tradeshows and events
• Experience in a B2B SaaS company (financial services preferred)
• Creative thinker motivated to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong analytical approach to decision making
• Experience utilizing AI tools
• HubSpot experience preferred
