Job Description

Offchain Labs is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a back-end focus to lead the development and optimization of their tech ecosystem around Arbitrum technology. The role involves working on back-end services, developer tooling, and SDKs, leveraging expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript to contribute to blockchain and Ethereum scaling solutions.

Responsibilities

• Contribute as an expert in JavaScript and TypeScript
• Work on back-end services focused on blockchain, Ethereum scaling with Arbitrum, onchain apps
• Work on developer tooling and SDKs
• Keep up-to-date on the latest technologies and developments in the space
• Communicate openly and collaborate effectively
• Identify ways to improve processes and contribute beyond daily tasks

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience
• Mastery of CS fundamentals
• Expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript
• Expertise in building secure, stable, and scalable back-end services
• Experience designing SDKs with clean APIs
• Experience with Web3, Ethereum, and tooling such as Viem or Ethers
• Track record of shipping products
• Strong sense of ownership
• Detail-oriented approach with rigorous testing
• Security-first mindset
• Curious mind and willingness to experiment
