Job Description

Offchain Labs is seeking a proactive and strategic Finance Manager, FP&A to lead forecasting accuracy, maintain the company's Operating Model, and optimize resource allocation in a dynamic, high-growth technology environment. This role will serve as a strategic planning lead and business partner to the executive team, driving financial strategy and supporting hyper-growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Company Operating Model
• Lead quarterly and rolling forecasting processes
• Drive strategic resource allocation and operational planning
• Develop and maintain complex financial models
• Analyze margins and profitability
• Serve as financial liaison to Engineering and Product leadership
• Develop and present executive-level financial materials
• Lead initiatives to automate and integrate FP&A systems
• Cultivate a high-performing FP&A team

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
• Expert-level proficiency in advanced financial modeling
• Strong experience supporting a technical organization
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets and SQL
• Experience with FP&A systems (e.g., Runway, Mosaic, Anaplan, Adaptive)
• Proven track record of ownership, communication, and driving accountability
