Offchain Labs is seeking a proactive and strategic Director of Business Operations to streamline workflows, enhance collaboration, and efficiently allocate resources to support scalable growth. This key leadership role will act as a systems architect and process optimizer, translating complex technical concepts into clear strategies and providing support to globally distributed, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize complex operational data into clear, concise, and actionable insights for exec-level reporting
• Act as a central connector within the organization, defining clear communication frameworks and ensuring alignment
• Lead high-impact special projects
• Create and implement strategies to ensure cross-functional operational excellence
• Identify business inefficiencies by utilizing data and KPIs
• Manage and optimize the allocation of engineering and development resources
• Partner with product and engineering leads to conduct product diligence
• Identify project bottlenecks, forecast resource needs, and implement solutions to streamline workflows

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive business operations or strategic planning experience
• Bachelors Degree required, MBA or Graduate degree preferred
• Experience working in the blockchain industry
• Strong background in engineering or product management
• Proven expertise in strategic project management, resource allocation, and operational process optimization
• Track record of leading complex projects with multiple partners
• Ability to navigate remote or decentralized work environments
