Job Description

Offchain Labs is seeking a Global Experience Specialist to shape and strengthen company culture through meaningful engagement programs and initiatives that connect their team worldwide. The specialist will design, own, and deliver engagement experiences end-to-end, from strategy and planning to execution and measurement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute engagement and culture initiatives
• Partner with teams to identify engagement needs
• Lead workshops and team-building experiences
• Collect feedback and analyze metrics
• Maintain program documentation
• Collaborate with Learning & Development and Internal Events specialists
• Serve as a resource on culture and engagement best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in employee engagement, culture, HR, or organizational development
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
• Highly organized with experience managing multiple projects
• Collaborative and able to work effectively with diverse teams
• Data-informed and comfortable using feedback and metrics
• Passionate about creating a positive workplace culture
