Offchain Labs is seeking a General Manager, Platform to own the product strategy and growth of the company’s blockchain development platform. The ideal candidate will navigate technical complexity, commercial strategy, and team management while maintaining a customer focus and driving measurable business outcomes in the rapidly evolving blockchain ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the end-to-end product strategy for OCL’s blockchain platform
• Develop and manage a compelling product vision
• Oversee the full product development lifecycle
• Maintain a focus on delivering value to teams building onchain applications
• Build and lead a high-performing organization
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Legal/Compliance, Security, Marketing, and Partnerships
• Develop the commercial strategy and success metrics for the platform offering
• Forge partnerships within the Arbitrum and broader Ethereum ecosystem
• Represent the product(s) externally as a thought leader

Requirements

• 10+ years in product management with 5+ years at a senior leadership level
• Demonstrated success launching and scaling a platform or SaaS business
• Deep knowledge of digital wallets, payments, or Web3 products
• Familiarity with blockchain tech, Ethereum ecosystem, and self-custody wallets
• Keen product design sensibility with a user-centric approach
• Strategic and commercial acumen
• Leadership and execution skills
• Strong people leader
• Excellent project management skills
