Offchain Labs is seeking a Product Manager to drive the roadmap for Arbitrum Nitro, a cutting-edge blockchain scaling solution. The role involves collaborating with engineering, research, and leadership teams to prioritize changes, identify requirements, and guide development work. The ideal candidate will have experience in a PM role or related technical capacity, a strong understanding of blockchain technologies, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver against a scaling-focused & innovation-focused roadmap
• Interface with the Research team to turn breakthroughs into product changes
• Identify requirements at a technical and non-technical level
• Guide and inform engineering teams
• Support marketing and partnerships teams
• Integrate across the company

Requirements

• 3-5 years in a PM role or related technical capacity
• Blockchain enthusiast
• Excellent communication skills
• Technical and business acumen
• Team player
• Experience developing or experimenting with software, infrastructure, or blockchain applications
• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Proven track record of shipping production-grade software
• Familiarity with software development processes
