Job Description

As an Account Manager at Becker Professional Education, you will lead client engagement and sales efforts within an assigned territory. Responsibilities

  • Execute local marketing and sales strategies
  • Create and execute account-specific strategies
  • Prospect and develop professional relationships
  • Proactively communicate and report progress
  • Keep informed of competitor activities
  • Drive enrollments and revenue on university campuses
  • Establish and maintain Campus Ambassador Programs
  • Build and strengthen relationships with university stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for academic partnership
  • Generate leads and cultivate new business opportunities
  • Assist with contract negotiations
  • Drive revenue growth at firms, corporations, and government agencies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • At least three years experience in marketing, sales, or customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident public speaker
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
  • Ability to travel 60% within assigned territory
  • Reliable transportation
