Job Description

The Inside Sales Specialist (ISS) is responsible for converting existing B2C leads into closed sales, qualifying new business leads for sales readiness, and prospecting for new B2C leads. This position involves high-volume outbound calling and email prospecting to achieve revenue and sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound sales calls to qualify leads and close sales
  • Take inbound sales calls to close sales
  • Develop B2C and B2B sales opportunities through research
  • Make 40-50 outbound calls daily
  • Identify decision makers within targeted accounts
  • Collaborate with team members to determine sales approaches
  • Generate product interest and leverage value proposition to close sales
  • Respect do not call lists
  • Maintain and expand company's database of prospects
  • Achieve or exceed sales quotas
  • Maintain knowledge of products and services
  • Attend training sessions
  • Exercise discretion and independent judgment
  • Interact effectively with colleagues and customers
  • Adhere to company standards and guidelines
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Complete other assigned duties
