The Senior Curriculum Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of financial planning education. This position combines strategic leadership with hands-on curriculum and instruction expertise to deliver exceptional learning experiences for Boston Institute of Finance (BIF) students. You will lead curriculum strategy and innovation, integrate emerging technologies, and ensure educational excellence that empowers CFP® candidates.

Responsibilities

• Establish a forward-looking curriculum strategy
• Drive curriculum development projects
• Oversee creation and revision of course materials
• Lead and mentor the curriculum team
• Deliver classroom sessions
• Use AI tools to improve curriculum creation and delivery
• Provide expert-level guidance to CFP® candidates
• Resolve escalated content-related inquiries
• Monitor student performance data
• Use AI tools to enhance student support
• Partner with sales, marketing, customer success, and operations teams
• Contribute curriculum expertise during strategic planning
• Gather and analyze market intelligence
• Collaborate with industry partners
• Maintain accurate curriculum documentation
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards
• Create and oversee curriculum review systems

Requirements

• CFP® certification
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning education
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience
• Proven team leadership experience
• Expertise in virtual learning and educational technology
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
