Job Description

The Growth and Marketing Leader will lead both the Marketing Acquisition and Brand teams while serving as a strategic pod leader for SimpleNursing, a multi-million-dollar business unit. This role is responsible for owning revenue growth and leading the growth strategy for SimpleNursing, acting as a mini business owner who drives both marketing performance and overall business results.

Responsibilities

• Owning the growth agenda for SimpleNursing
• Setting and executing data-driven strategies to acquire, convert, and retain students
• Driving aggressive, sustainable revenue growth
• Delivering revenue and performance targets
• Optimizing marketing investments, conversion funnels, and lifecycle initiatives
• Working closely with product, development, content, operations, and sales teams
• Testing new channels, partnerships, and campaigns

Requirements

• Strong strategic and executional marketing background
• Experience managing marketing budgets between $10M and $25M
• Broad digital marketing expertise
• Ability to work cross-functionally
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Demonstrated ability to grow a business through organic and paid channels
• B2C marketing experience
