The role involves guiding prospective students through the enrollment process, building relationships, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue by achieving and exceeding monthly/quarterly/annual targets
  • Guide prospective students through the enrollment process
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships
  • Stay sharp on competitive offerings and market trends
  • Maintain a tight pipeline using HubSpot CRM
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure an excellent customer journey

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven sales success in a high-volume, B2C environment
  • Track record of crushing quotas and ranking in the top tier
  • Strong objection handling and closing skills
  • Ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and close engagements
  • Self-discipline, drive, and focus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
