Job Description

The Head of Partnerships will lead the strategy and execution of Colibri Real Estate’s brokerage and institutional partnership channel, focusing on building relationships to drive awareness, trust, and learner acquisition. This role is about creating scalable partnership programs and growing the B2B team into a high-impact partnership engine.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead partnership strategy
  • Define and execute B2B2C strategy
  • Segment and prioritize partnership targets
  • Build value propositions for partners
  • Lead outreach and negotiation
  • Develop co-marketing programs
  • Manage key accounts
  • Create scalable partnership frameworks
  • Establish pipeline and performance management
  • Track referrals and revenue
  • Partner with Marketing, CX, and Product
  • Manage and build the B2B team
  • Foster collaboration and accountability

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in partnerships, channel, or business development
  • Proven ability to build and scale partnerships
  • Strategic and analytical thinking
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Entrepreneurial and self-directed
