Colibri Group is seeking a part-time Home Inspection Instructor to teach online Zoom courses for Key Realty. The instructor will deliver pre-licensing courses using provided materials, engage with students, and assist them in meeting course objectives.

Responsibilities

• Instruct assigned courses
• Engage with students
• Utilize webinar/livestreaming technology
• Recommend strategies for success
• Participate in curriculum meetings

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a licensed home inspector
• Previous teaching experience preferred
• Ability to lead a classroom
• Proficient with Zoom
• Own equipment (laptop, camera, internet)
• Licensed home inspector in NV or similar government credential
• Local to Las Vegas or ability to be in Vegas for 2 weeks
