Findem is seeking a seasoned Senior Staff Software Engineer to architect, lead, and drive strategic initiatives for robust, scalable backend infrastructure and microservices. The role involves technical leadership, mentorship, and optimizing system performance using technologies like Docker, TypeScript, MongoDB, and generative AI.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science or related field
• 8-10 years of software engineering experience focused on backend and infrastructure
• Proven technical leadership in microservices implementations
• Expert proficiency in TypeScript, MongoDB, Docker, and cloud technologies
• Knowledge of microservices architecture, container orchestration, and RESTful APIs
• Experience with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools
