Job Description

Findem is seeking a hands-on, high-impact Staff Software Developer in Test to lead the charge in leveraging AI technologies for development and testing. This role will focus on modernizing testing capabilities by incorporating AI to scale QA and ensure thorough coverage across products and AI-driven features.

Responsibilities

• Support the QA team
• Use AI tools for testing coverage and automations
• Help QA handle more workloads
• Test writing, execution, and reporting
• Automate manual test executions

Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering or higher in Computer Science
• 7+ years of experience in QA/SDET
• Knowledge of AI tools for development and testing (VS+ Cline, ChatGPT, etc.)
• Experience with Bitbucket, Git, Jira, Browser Development Tool, CI/CD, Playwright/Selenium
• Coding ability in Typescript, Java, Python, or Shell scripting
