Job Description

Findem is seeking a seasoned Principal Product Manager to lead a major product initiative, setting strategy, driving product choices, and delivering high impact. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and cross-functional collaboration to build and improve their People Intelligence platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead a major product, setting long-term strategy
• Own market segment thesis, buyer personas, and customer needs
• Drive product conclusions using quantitative and qualitative data
• Prioritize and unblock engineering efforts
• Drive alignment with marketing, GMs, support, and stakeholders

Requirements

• 7+ years as a product manager, ideally with startup experience
• Experience in 0->1 and 1->10 product building
• Experience with B2B PLG products and B2B SaaS
• Ability to drive execution and build a long-term vision
• Prior experience with assisting or automating manual workflows is a plus
• Prior experience in recruiting or HR software is a plus
• Prior experience in AI/ML products is a plus
