Job Description

Findem is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to drive revenue growth across strategic clients by renewing and upselling their People Intelligence platform. The role involves building strong relationships with senior executives, collaborating with internal teams, and maximizing revenue while delivering value to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth across strategic clients

Requirements

  • 7+ years of overall sales experience in enterprise SaaS account management
  • 3+ years of large enterprise closing experience
  • 2+ years of solution selling experience
  • Experience in a high-growth environment
  • Successful in managing six and seven-figure deals
  • Strong history of quota attainment
  • Ability to navigate complex contracts
  • Experience preparing account plans
  • Proven ability to collaborate with a go-to-market team
  • Experience navigating security, legal, and procurement
