Job Description

Findem is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to drive revenue growth across strategic clients by renewing and upselling their People Intelligence platform. The role involves building strong relationships with senior executives, collaborating with internal teams, and providing market insights to maximize revenue and brand awareness.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 6+ years of overall sales experience in enterprise SaaS account management
  • 2+ years of experience in solution selling
  • Experience in a high-growth environment
  • Successful management of large deals
  • Ability to navigate complex contracts
  • Strong history of quota attainment
  • Experience preparing account plans
  • Proven ability to collaborate with a go-to-market team
  • Experience navigating security, legal, and procurement
  • Industry knowledge of recruiting technology
  • Relationships with key HR decision makers
