Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager, you will manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, ensuring they maximize value from Contentful's platform and achieve their technical and business goals. This role involves building relationships, driving product adoption, leading business reviews, and proactively mitigating risks, while also providing feedback to product and go-to-market teams.

Responsibilities

  • Build and own relationships with enterprise accounts
  • Monitor and guide new customers
  • Understand and advise customers’ priorities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of customer-facing experience with renewals
  • Experience in Customer Success, Renewals, or Key Account Management
  • Content management systems or agency experience preferred
  • Understanding of Contentful APIs and the digital experience stack
  • Technical proficiency
  • Demonstrated success in meeting goals
