Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager, you will manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, ensuring they maximize value from Contentful's platform and achieve their technical and business goals. This role involves building relationships, driving product adoption, leading business reviews, and proactively mitigating risks, while also contributing to product feedback and driving renewals.

Responsibilities

  • Build and own relationships with enterprise accounts

Requirements

  • 5+ years of customer-facing experience with renewals
  • Experience in Customer Success, Renewals, or Key Account Management
  • Content management systems or agency experience preferred
  • Technical proficiency and understanding of Contentful APIs
  • Demonstrated success in meeting performance goals
