Job Description

Contentful is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Benefits to administer global employee benefit and wellness programs. This role involves building and scaling benefits programs, overseeing a benefits specialist, partnering with EMEA teams, and ensuring compliance. The ideal candidate will have a customer-centric approach and experience in a rapidly growing global organization.

Responsibilities

• Build and support benefits and wellness programs across multiple countries
• Partner with brokers and vendors to administer benefits plans
• Oversee a US-based Benefits Specialist
• Collaborate with EMEA People Ops team
• Review and align global benefit offerings
• Lead vendor selection and implementation
• Manage benefits renewal and open enrollment
• Analyze program effectiveness and recommend improvements
• Oversee global time off policies
• Lead benefits communication efforts
• Administer the U.S. 401(k) plan

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience with global benefits administration
• Experience with US and EMEA benefits
• Track record of building a benefits function in a scaling organization
• Understanding of benefits legislation and compliance
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong project management experience
• Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) is a plus
