Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Senior Manager, Global Benefits to join our growing People Team. This role will be responsible for the administration of global employee benefit and wellness programs, including medical, dental, vision, time off, life insurance plans, disability, and retirement plans. You will have an immediate impact by helping us design and scale our benefits programs and wellness initiatives around the world.

Responsibilities

• Build and support benefits and wellness programs across multiple countries
• Partner with brokers, plan administrators, and vendors to set up and scale benefits plans
• Oversee a Benefits Specialist
• Provide global benefits and wellness support
• Review global benefit offerings
• Lead the selection and implementation of new benefits vendors
• Lead renewal process and manage open enrollment
• Analyze program usage and effectiveness
• Oversee global time off policies and programs
• Lead benefits communication efforts
• Oversee the design, administration, and compliance of the U.S. 401(k) plan

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience with global benefits programs
• Experience building a business function in a rapidly scaling global organization
• Understanding of legislation and compliance related to benefits and leave administration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong project management experience
• Ability to work at different levels of detail
• Experience managing time off and open enrollment in an HRIS system
