Job Description

We are seeking a highly strategic, business-minded Senior People Business Partner (PBP) to drive the talent and organizational strategy for our critical Customer Experience (CX) and Marketing functions. You will serve as a trusted strategic thought partner to senior leadership, designing and executing a "fit-for-purpose" people strategy that is deeply connected to Contentful's overall objectives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic partner and trusted confidant to leaders
• Co-create solutions to drive sustainable high performance
• Provide executive coaching and guidance to leaders
• Lead the successful execution of core global People programs
• Act as a proactive change agent and employee advocate
• Leverage People analytics to provide evidence-based insights
• Collaborate cross-functionally across the People team to contribute to high-impact People projects
• Champion Contentful’s values and culture

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience
• 5+ years as a People/HR Business Partner supporting Go-to-Market functions
• Ability to influence and partner effectively with stakeholders
• Strong business acumen
• Expert working knowledge of US employment laws and regulations
• Practical experience partnering across regions (US and Europe/UK/EU)
• Proven project management experience
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity
