Job Description

The Senior Sales Engineer will work with Account Executives to help customers understand the role of content in a modern digital landscape. This role involves technical discovery, product presentations, solution design, trials, and building relationships with customer stakeholders. Responsibilities

  • Conduct technical discovery
  • Deliver product presentations
  • Design collaborative solutions
  • Manage interactive trials and proofs of concept
  • Build relationships with customer stakeholders
  • Assist with RFIs, RFPs, and security questionnaires
  • Relay product feedback to Product Management
  • Mentor other Sales Engineers
  • Travel onsite with customers
  • Participate in internal projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Willingness to travel (up to 50%)
  • 3-5 years of sales engineering experience with cloud solutions
  • Understanding of Digital Marketing
  • Strong presentation skills
  • High emotional intelligence
  • Intellectual curiosity
