Job Description

The Senior Sales Engineer will play a critical role in helping customers understand the role of content in a modern digital landscape, working alongside Account Executives through the sales cycle, building relationships with stakeholders, and providing technical expertise. Responsibilities

  • Conduct technical discovery
  • Deliver product presentations
  • Design solutions collaboratively
  • Lead interactive trials and proofs of concept
  • Build customer relationships
  • Understand customer objectives
  • Create product demonstrations
  • Complete RFIs, RFPs, and security questionnaires
  • Relay product feedback
  • Mentor other Sales Engineers
  • Travel onsite with customers
  • Work on internal projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to travel (up to 50%)
  • 3-5 years of sales engineering experience with cloud solutions
  • Understanding of Digital Marketing
  • Strong presentation skills
  • High emotional intelligence
  • Intellectual curiosity
