Job Description

The Data Operations & Systems Analyst will act as the Field teams’ advocate, administrator, and subject matter expert for the Field Tech Stack and data operations. They will be responsible for administrative tasks related to implementing and maintaining business tools, assisting with data operations, and contributing to strategic Tech Stack planning to scale and build resources needed to meet business goals around AI.

Responsibilities

• Manage the administrative aspects of Field tech stack
• Assist with day-to-day data hygiene tasks
• Own usage reporting and analysis
• Inform vendor renewal and procurement processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve tool integration
• Analyze and optimize system-driven processes
• Contribute to team-wide project management
• Assist with the development of project plans
• Perform in-depth analysis and insights into key business metrics

Requirements

• 3+ years professional experience (Saas preferred)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in data analysis (Excel is a must)
• Data visualization experience (Tableau preferred)
• A.I. literacy for business use cases (preferred)
• CRM experience (SFDC preferred)
• Procurement and vendor management experience (a plus)
• Process mapping and flow chart experience (Miro experience preferred)
• Project management experience (preferred)
