Job Description

CueBox is seeking a highly-motivated Founding Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle, generate leads, and drive growth by bringing in new business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building relationships with key stakeholders and utilizing consultative selling techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full sales cycle (cold outbound, discovery, demo, negotiation, close)
  • Build relationships with executive decision makers and key influencers
  • Understand customer goals and pain points
  • Negotiate pricing terms
  • Maintain detailed records in CRM (Hubspot)
  • Attend industry conferences
  • Collaborate with CEO on sales strategy
  • Collaborate with team for customer success

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of full cycle B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to sell to executives and multiple stakeholders
  • Proven outbound prospecting skills
  • Exceptional discovery, demo, and closing skills
  • Self-motivated and growth-oriented
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience selling to non-profits (Bonus)
  • Arts/music-related experience (Bonus)
