Robinhood is seeking a Senior Partnerships Leader to drive strategic partnerships within the crypto ecosystem. This individual contributor role involves identifying, cultivating, and managing relationships with key partners, launching new partnerships, and optimizing existing ones to drive growth and innovation in the cryptocurrency space.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities
• Lead contract negotiations
• Manage product integrations and onboarding
• Manage existing crypto partnerships
• Collaborate with product teams
• Implement initiatives aligning with team OKRs
• Lead strategic projects and analysis
• Stay current with crypto industry trends

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• 7+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategy (crypto focus)
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology and crypto markets
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Strong network in the crypto industry
• Resourcefulness and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical abilities (Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, blockchain analytics tools)
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize
