Job Description

Robinhood is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to scale and support existing banking and spending products, and unlock new business opportunities. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Product teams to drive growth, improve operations, and expand financial offerings.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of new products and business lines
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Finance, and Legal
• Drive strategic initiatives to enhance product performance
• Own vendor relationships
• Translate data into insights

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or consulting
• Proven track record of executing high-impact initiatives
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Analytical mindset with Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL fluency
• Clear communication skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
