Robinhood is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to provide exceptional support to high-value clients, resolve complex issues, and build long-lasting relationships. The role involves proactive engagement with customers to educate them, address potential problems, and share insights to improve products and services.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience at a brokerage or financial services environment
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 required
• FINRA Series 3 and 66 preferred
• Proficiency in multi-leg options, margin, crypto, and futures
• Excellent communication skills
• Passion for customer advocacy and financial literacy
• Adaptability and self-motivation
• Experience with CRM tools
