Robinhood is seeking empathetic and knowledgeable Customer Experience Representatives to provide support to users via phone, email, and chat. This role involves resolving customer issues related to equities trading, margin, and options trading, while also identifying areas for company improvement to enhance the customer experience. The position requires in-person attendance with a hybrid work model.
