Job Description

Robinhood is seeking experienced Customer Experience professionals with a passion for derivative products to join the Advanced Services team. This role will support customers on complex topics including margin, options, and futures, shaping the brand of a new product suite and assisting customers with sophisticated investment strategies.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues involving options, margin, and futures
• Uncover and communicate customer/firm risk
• Utilize internal tools like Salesforce and Twilio
• Assist customers navigating new products
• Place closing trades when necessary
• Research market events and discuss with customers

Requirements

• Active FINRA Series 7, 63, and Series 3
• Minimum 3 years of professional trade desk experience
• Demonstrated results supporting customers in advanced trading
• Ability to break down positions in futures and options
• Risk assessment and mitigation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to make quick decisions under pressure
• Subject matter expertise in options, margin, and futures
• Schedule flexibility
