Robinhood is seeking a Money CX Agent to provide exceptional customer service to cardholders, acting as a subject matter expert on the Credit Card product and support processes. The role involves troubleshooting, resolving concerns, and collaborating with other teams to improve the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Troubleshoot and resolve cardholder concerns
• Work independently and escalate when necessary
• Identify trends indicating product bugs or issues
• Learn and grow with the business

Requirements

• 2+ years of full-time work experience
• Basic understanding of financial products (plus)
• Previous customer support experience (plus)
• Basic Zendesk knowledge (plus)
