Responsibilities

• Work on corporate transactional matters like M&A
• Conduct legal research and write memoranda
• Assist with corporate governance and public company reporting
• Work on commercial third party vendor contracting
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an ABA accredited law school (1st or 2nd year)
• Excellent judgment and communication skills
• Execution oriented with a drive to learn
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Reliable and collaborative team player
