Robinhood is seeking an Internal Communications Intern to shape the employee experience, focusing on in-office engagement. The intern will support communications strategies, plan events, create content, and assist with the weekly All Hands meeting, contributing to a connected and informed workforce.

Responsibilities

• Develop communications plans
• Partner with Workplace team for in-office experiences
• Create content and storytelling assets
• Design content aligned with brand
• Create engaging in-office activities
• Collaborate with product teams for educational experiences
• Support internal campaigns

Requirements

• Desire for experience in communications, employee experience, or program management
• Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills
• Experience in digital design
• Interest in program/event management
• Eagerness to learn
• Expertise with collaboration apps
• Track record of cultivating community
