Job Description

Robinhood is seeking a Legal Intern to support their legal team with regulatory research, legal analysis, and process improvements. The intern will gain exposure to securities law, broker-dealer operations, and fintech regulations, working on corporate and financial services regulatory matters.

Responsibilities

• Work on corporate matters including privacy, employment, and compliance
• Work on financial services regulatory matters
• Conduct legal research and write memoranda
• Assist with special projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new products
• Learn corporate legal department operations

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an ABA accredited law school (1st or 2nd year)
• Excellent judgment and communication skills
• Execution oriented with humility and creativity
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Reliable and collaborative team player
