Robinhood is seeking a PeopleX Partner Intern to support the People team's strategy by working on impactful programs, hiring top talent, and enabling community. The intern will analyze data, partner with teams to solve problems, and contribute to a thriving workplace.

Responsibilities

• Support key PeopleX initiatives
• Analyze employee feedback and data
• Partner with teams to solve people-related problems
• Contribute to employee experience through internal programs

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in undergraduate or graduate program (Business, HR, etc.)
• Curious and excited about a fast-paced environment
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with Workday and Google Suite is a plus
