Job Description

Robinhood is seeking an Analytics Engineer to design and develop high-performance ETL pipelines, data models, and analytics tools. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to transform raw data into actionable intelligence, shaping data strategy, and ensuring data-driven decision-making across the company.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product, engineering, and data science teams to deliver analytics initiatives
• Design and maintain scalable ETL pipelines and data models
• Lead end-to-end development of analytics products
• Build internal frameworks for data accessibility
• Collaborate with data scientists to generate insights
• Champion analytics best practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or Data Science
• Strong expertise in SQL, Python, and Apache Spark
• Proficiency in ETL pipeline building and optimization
• Experience with dashboarding tools like Superset, Looker, or Tableau
• Familiarity with version control and CI/CD
• Strong product mentality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
