Robinhood is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead the Trading Products engineering organization, encompassing Equities, Options, and Margins. This role involves shaping strategy, scaling the team, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver high-quality financial products.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve technical and organizational strategy
• Build and lead high-performing engineering teams
• Mentor engineers and managers
• Partner with Product, Design, Operations, Legal, and Compliance
• Create and improve processes for project execution and scalability

Requirements

• 6+ years of engineering leadership experience managing managers and large organizations (50+ engineers)
• Demonstrated success scaling engineering organizations
• Strong technical foundation
• Background in distributed systems
• Proven ability to evaluate and grow leadership talent
