Job Description

Robinhood is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to join the Customer Intelligence and AI (CIAI) team within Corporate Strategy. This role focuses on strengthening and expanding Robinhood’s benchmarking capabilities through designing measurement frameworks, conducting analyses, and improving customer experience tracking. The engineer will build and maintain data pipelines, develop analytics products, and support competitive benchmarking efforts.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver analytics initiatives
• Design and maintain scalable data pipelines and models
• Lead end-to-end development of analytics products
• Build internal frameworks for data accessibility
• Support competitive benchmarking efforts
• Advocate for customers in measurement and feedback

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or Data Science
• Strong expertise in SQL, Python, and Apache Spark
• Proficiency in ETL pipeline building and optimization
• Experience with dashboarding tools like Superset, Looker, or Tableau
• Familiarity with version control and CI/CD
• Strong business acumen
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
