Robinhood is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to shape the statistical foundations of their experimentation systems. The role involves collaborating with engineering, product, and data teams to improve A/B testing practices, build scalable tools, and drive data-informed innovation across the company.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate experimentation practices and identify areas for improvement
• Enhance statistical methodologies for experimentation
• Partner with engineering to build scalable experimentation tools
• Develop and evangelize experimentation best practices
• Consult with data science and product teams on experimental design
• Contribute to platform roadmap planning

Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field
• 3+ years of experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis
• Deep expertise in statistical methods
• Proficiency in Python or R
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with experimentation tooling is a plus
