Job Description

Robinhood is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join their Data Science team and drive product growth through experimentation, analysis, and data-informed strategy. This role involves deep-dive analyses, A/B testing, metric definition, data visualization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve the trading experience for millions of users.

Responsibilities

• Perform deep-dive analyses to identify product growth opportunities
• Design, plan, implement, and analyze A/B experiments
• Define and maintain key product performance metrics
• Build data visualizations and communicate insights
• Lead large-scale analytics projects
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and other teams
• Assist with established methods and promote a data-informed culture

Requirements

• Proven expertise in data science, statistical analysis, and machine learning
• Outstanding problem-solving skills
• Strong programming skills in Python & SQL
• Experience with data visualization tools
• Ability to implement projects in a fast-paced environment
• PhD or master’s degree in a quantitative field
• 6-10 years of experience developing and deploying predictive models
