Robinhood is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to build and maintain foundational datasets to power data-driven decision making across the company. This role involves building scalable data pipelines, partnering with engineering and data science teams, and promoting data engineering best practices.

Responsibilities

• Define and build key datasets
• Build scalable data pipelines using Python, Spark, and Airflow
• Partner with engineering teams to enhance data generation
• Partner with data consumers to design data models
• Ideate and contribute to data engineering tooling
• Define and promote data engineering best practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building data pipelines
• Hands-on software engineering experience with Python
• Expertise in large-scale data pipelines (Spark, Flink)
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience across the data stack
• Collaborative skills
