Responsibilities

• Develop software, infrastructure, and tools for observability, alerting, and incident response
• Lead technical initiatives and drive architectural decisions
• Design and lead large-scale reliability efforts
• Lead Production Readiness Reviews
• Mentor engineers and foster a reliability-first culture

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience designing and scaling distributed systems
• Deep technical expertise in programming languages like Python, Go, or C++
• Experience leading infrastructure or reliability initiatives
• Track record of improving reliability metrics
• Strong mentorship and communication skills
