Job Description

Robinhood is seeking a Technical Accounting Manager to be a subject matter expert on technical accounting and financial reporting. This role involves building and maintaining accounting policies, leading technical assessments, and supporting the implementation of new accounting pronouncements in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain corporate accounting policies
• Analyze complex transactions and new products
• Draft technical accounting memos
• Monitor and implement new accounting pronouncements
• Support acquisition-related activities

Requirements

• 5–8 years of progressive experience in technical accounting
• Strong background in public accounting (Big 4 or national firm preferred)
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting
• Proven communication skills
• Experience developing accounting policies and procedures
